How to make baby wipes at home

By admin

Can’t find baby wipes that are gentle enough for your baby’s skin? Or maybe you’re looking for ways to save a few bucks and want to make homemade reusable baby wipes.

Lucky you, today we’re talking about how you can make your own homemade baby wipes using items you may already have at home! You will only need a few items!

Baby wipes is one of the many things that a lot of moms can’t live without. I know I can’t! It’s an all-around arsenal for mommies!

Baby spit up? Clean it with baby wipes. Dirty table? Let me get the baby wipes. Baby’s hands are dirty?  Baby wipes to the rescue!

But the thing is, I can go through so many packs in a month that although they sure are handy, buying baby wipes from the supermarket all the time was getting heavier on the budget.

Especially that they get thrown away after first use! Sometimes, it feels like I’m wasting money on them, but when I think about how they make my life as a mother so much easier, I decide against not buying them anymore.

Do you know how many times a baby poops in a day? A newborn poops about 8-12 times per day and having baby wipes makes diaper change easier for us moms!

I wasn’t ready to let that type of convenience go but I also didn’t want to spend that much money!

Another thing that worried me is the impact to the environment. Most of the wet wipes you see in the market are not biodegradable.

Meaning they stay in our landfills for up to 100 years. There has to be a better way!

Solution? I started making homemade baby wipes. I didn’t realize they were this easy to make!
