Vanilla Cupcakes with Pumpkin Sprinkle and Caramel Straw

For the Cake:

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2.5 cups of flour

For the Icing:

  • 1 cup of vanilla icing
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin spice sugar
  • 12 caramel candies


Prep time: 40 minutes total

Cook time: 20 minutes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt the butter and mix with sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and beat until combined.
  4. Stir in the flour and mix until a thick batter forms.
  5. Spoon the batter into cupcake molds, insert sticks, and bake for 20 minutes.
