Roger became the world’s highest-paid athlete for the first time due to his sponsor portfolio. His biggest payday was from his stake in a Swiss athletic apparel company.
Christiano Ronaldo – $105M

Ronaldo was the first person in the world to reach 500M followers across his social media. Ronaldo has a lifetime deal with Nike, along with his CR7-branded clothing, accessories, hotels and gyms which brings in his money.
Lionel Messi – $104M

Messi put two against his rival Ronaldo when he was Ballon d-Or’s best soccer player for the 7th time. He has been able to earn up to $165million per year in incentives and salaries.

Best known for his “Madea” franchise, the director, producer, actor and writer started out in live theater. His wealth is from his producing and from a library which dates back to the early 1990s.

LeBron was the first NBA player that became a billionaire. He has earned more than $431M in pre tax salary from stints with the Cavaliers, Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Dwayne is one of the most loved actors of all time. Thanks to a lot of box office hits, Dwayne can earn more than $20M per movie. He also earns money on small-screen programs such as the NBC competition show “The Titan Games.”
