It can be hard to love to hate celebrities, but when it comes to the Kardashians, they are the most loved and hated women in the limelight. However, they have many celebrities that are against them, and this includes comedians, actors, singers and other famous people.
Amy Schumer
Even though we’re aware that Kim is now friends with Amy, back in 2015, during an episode of Saturday Night Live, Amy said, “Is that a great message for little girls, a whole family of women who take the faces they were born with as, like, a light suggestion?”
Bette Midler
Kim Kardashian posted an internet-breaking nude on Instagram back in 2016, and Bette Midler was one of the many celebrities to make a comment about this photo. She tweeted saying, “Kim Kardashian tweeted a nude selfie today. If Kim wants us to see a part of her we’ve never seen, she’s gonna have to swallow the camera.”
Shailene Woodley
Even though most of the negative comments are usually made against Kim Kardashian, Shailene gave a bit of shade towards Kylie Jenner. This happened during an interview on the red carpet for Divergent, where she said, “I have no idea who that is, I’m sorry.” We know this could’ve been innocent, but we don’t think there is a single person on the planet who doesn’t know who Kyle Jenner is.
P!nk
P!nk was also another celebrity who made a comment towards Kim Kardashian’s nude Instagram post, and in fact, P!nk made quite a statement by saying, “Shout out to all of the women, across the world, using their brains, their strength, their work ethic, their talent, their “magic” that they were born with, that only they possess. It may not ever bring you as much ‘attention’ or bank notes as using your body, your sex, your tits and assess, but women like you don’t need that kind of ‘attention’. In the quiet moments, you will feel something deeper than the fleeting excitement resulting from attention, you will feel something called pride and self respect. Keep on resisting the urge to cave. You’ll never have to make silly excuses for yourself.”
Taylor Swift
Taylor writes songs about everything, everyone and anything. However, if you’ve heard her album Reputation, then you’ll know that she has taken quite a few shots at Kim and Kayne. The single she released called, “Look What You Made Me Do” has gained loads of attention for the obvious call outs towards the standing beef that she has with the ex-couple. The song includes lines like, “I don’t like your little games / I don’t like your tilted stage / The role you made me play: of the fool / No, I don’t like you.”
Perez Hilton
Once again, Kim was in the limelight for wearing cornrows in a photo shoot. Many people felt as if this was a cultural appropriation. Perez Hilton posted a picture of Kim’s hair and Lohan replied saying, “I’m confused.” Kim bit back by writing, “You know what’s confusing… your sudden foreign accent.” Ouch!
Sarah Michelle Gellar
When the Kimye Vogue cover came out, Sarah Michelle Gellar was least impressed and even tweeted about how distasteful it was by saying, “Well….. I guess I’m cancelling my Vogue subscription. Who is with me???”
Chelsea Handler
Another celebrity that wasn’t a fan of Kim’s nudes was comedienne Chelsea Handler. When Kim posted a revealing Paper magazine cover, Chelsea posted revealing photos of herself as a joke and captioned one saying, “Don’t worry, I would never show my peekachu, 1) Because I have a family, and 2) oh yeah… TALENT. Thanks for making the rules clear, Instagram.”
Anna Wintour
There was a lot of backlash towards fashion icon Anna Wintour when she put Kim and Kayne on the cover of Vogue. However, she took to Twitter to say, “I think if we just remain deeply tasteful and just put deeply tasteful people on the cover, it would be a rather boring magazine! Nobody would talk about us.”
Rebel Wilson
On an Australian radio show, Rebel Wilson wanted to have her piece about the Kardashian family, and she said, “It’s not that you hate any of them individually, but it’s just that everything they stand for is against everything I stand for… And they’re not famous for talent.”
Jonah Hill
Jonah had an interview with Huffington Post, and he expressed his major concern about Keeping Up With The Kardashians becoming more popular, and said, “The fact that the Kardashains could be more popular than a show like Mad Men is disgusting. It’s a super disgusting part of our culture, but I still find it funny to make a joke about it.”
