  • 4 – Egg whites
  • 1 cup – Superfine/Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp – Cream of tartar or White vinegar 
  • 2 tsp – Corn flour
  • 1 tsp – Vanilla extract 
  • 3 – Medium sized apples 
  • 1 tbsp – Butter
  • 1 tbsp – Brown sugar 
  • ½ tsp – Cinnamon 
  • ¼ tsp – Ground ginger 
  • ⅛ tsp – Grated nutmeg 
  • ¼ tsp – Salt
  • 2 tbsp – Caramel sauce
  • 1 cup – Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. In a clean bowl, place the egg whites and start to whisk them with an electric whisk or a stand mixer until it forms soft peaks. Gradually and slowly start adding the sugar as the egg whites are whisked. Keep the mixer on low speed.
